Definitely do not go here for a tire change. I've actually been going usually to Sam's club all the time for My tire changes. I called to get a price on one tire. When I called I said I needed one tire on my vehicle when I get there. Mind you I drove an hour away cuz I live all the way out in forest. Drove an hour away get there blah blah blah and I had slipped up and mentioned about putting air in the other tire. They told me that it's Walmart policy that to change both tires cuz I won't just change one because if it pulls on the axle my husband started by a headache. Is it not good for the axle? Maybe not but is it going to cause damage like there? It's saying it is no. It's not mind you I wait over an hour. Okay thinking my tire is getting done this and I got my haircut. You know just f

I want to give high praise to the staff at the Walmart Auto Care Center for their excellent service. They performed a quick yet thorough oil change and inspection on my vehicle, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Most importantly, I want to recognize Service Technician Jose for his professionalism and attention to detail, and Service Writer Jacqueline for her friendly and knowledgeable assistance throughout the visit. Their teamwork and customer care truly stood out and made this a five-star experience.

Thank you to the auto care team . They made sure I got done what I needed to extras no attitude like Firestone and valvoline shops I’ve been to. These guys are honest and attentive to my needs. I’ll be back in the future for my car needs.

Decided they weren't going to change my tires but did the oil change and texted me my truck was ready. Showed up, no new tires. The tires, they sold, weren't "factory recommended". Last I knew a "recommendation" was not a hard stop. They must not have gotten the memo. Never a call about the tires. No additional consult or attempt to upsell. Nothing but a text of "your vehicle is ready to be picked up". Very unprofessional. Will not go back.

If I could rate walmart tire center less than a one I would. It took Elizabeth, a manager, to fix the problem. I arrived one week prior and they inspected the tirento see if it met the criteria of being replaced. They told me that it did and to reorder the tire and come back and have it mounted. I arrived, one week later, with the tire at 1:45 , and I was told at 4:45 they wouldn't cover my rode hazard. I asked them why they couldn't have told me that when i arrived and asked them why am i bei g told something different this time. Then they wouldn't touch the car until it was resolved, more time wasted. Manager solved that problem then another problem arose. They didn't want to do the work because a lug nut was missing somewhere else on the car. They kept quoting policy. That was 5:15. T
