The hours say 7 to 7 but when you walk up to the door, the person that’s in there looks at you and then doesn’t acknowledge you. If the hours are not 7 to 7, you should probably change it on your sign outside so no one’s confused..

Jordy was the most helpful guy in the world, and totally went out of his way to help me! I am not from Odessa and stopped by because I needed some help with my car, and Jordy did all he could and more to help me out. I would take a detour on my next trip, just for help like what he gave me! 5 stars, but deserves 10!

I brought in a rim needing a new tire. After waiting for over an hour during slow business hours they hadn't even touched it! Waste of time! Left with no new tire and never coming back for anything.

Will never take my vehicle back over there ever first time I went I told them my vehicle requires mobile one synthetic with a Toyota filter do not change it unless you have the Toyota filter they said okay they changed it and put a cheap filter on it. And no telling what type of oil. Today I went by to get it changed they said they couldn't change it because they did not have a oil filter wrench for a spin on oil filter lol really it's always something with these guys. That's why I do my oil changes myself but for warranty reasons I don't do this vehicle. It is not a special oil filter or nothing it's a regular spin on oil filter you don't need a special tool like what they said. Never again thanks Walmart

I had a great experience with the auto care center. I got here around 7:15 a.m. , my appointment was at 8 . .. installed two new tires and I was done before 9 am! Very satisfied?
