Walmart Auto Care Center

I came to this location to get a battery I purchased at Walmart instead in my car. Tech had no sense of urgency and was on his cell phone off and on throughout the service, kept scratching his head, DIGGING IN HIS NOSE like a preschooler and EATING while performing service. What the world! The most disgusting and unprofessional service I’ve ever seen. Requested another tech who was much more professional. Will never come to this location again.

I came to them for help with a nail in my tire . After explaining that for 20 min and 3 different men (cause im just a girl i couldnt possibly know i have a slow leak and could see the nail). I inquired why were my fluids not topped off at my oil change last week and could they please top them off. Was told they only do it if they have working equipment and no they wouldnt tell the customer. So i ended up buying windshield wiper fluid and coolant cause what a dumb woman to think that came with my oil change. They offered to put it in for me, nice huh. To have not put any in my car. Just sat on the floor in my front seat. After going to 2 different auto centers and they both half doing they job I will NEVER go back to walmart for oil or tires.

I bought 2 tires online made an appointment to get them put on less than two weeks later I had bad noises coming from front. I stopped at the nearest tire place and found out all 5 lug nuts were so loose that my tire almost came off could've been a disaster or very bad accident won't get tires or have them put on there ever again

Cashier canceled my purchase and charged card without permission or consent. Refused to give me a receipt and when I went to cancel my future appointment they hung up on me. Blatant racism and abuse of power.

Went for an oil change, saw how busy it was and decided it was too much of a wait. So I just headed in and grabbed some items I needed from the automotive isle. Then it took me over 30 minutes just to checkout!
