Walmart Auto Care Center

Don’t expect to get an oil change done in a reasonable amount of time! I had a 9:30am appointment. Got here on time and I am still waiting for my oil change to be completed at 11:30. My truck has been sitting in the bay for the last 45 minutes with the hood up and no technician in sight. Lesson learned! I won’t be back and don’t recommend others to come here.

3 hours for a 10 oil change is ridiculous. Just go to the express oil if you're pressed for time. It may cost more but you will be in and out within that 10-20 minute time span.🤦🏾

Brought a loose rim in for a replacement tire. Was told it'd be 3 hours wait. The person on the phone said less than an hour. Three hours for one tire on one loose rim. Worthless.

I made an appointment because I didn't want to wait all day for an oil change. I showed up at my appointment time and there were multiple cars ahead of me. I asked how long it would be before they started on my oil change, and they said an hour. He said we are looking at a couple hours before they finish up. It defeats the purpose of making an appointment if you have to wait an hour before they can start on your car. Don't waste your time here.

Bought tires from Walmart and we're delivered to my house. Went here to get them mounted. When I arrived there was one car in the shop. An hour and a half later, I was told they couldn't change my tires because my lugnuts were "swollen". I am not a mechanic but I haven't had an issue getting the tires on or off for brake jobs and rotating them myself. I would recommend going to a location with mechanics and not associates. I won't be back for any auto work.
