Please consider getting your tires done somewhere else. I got my tires changed about a year ago and from the very beginning it was a terrible experience. I purchased the tires, package and everything and since then they don't honor the tire rotation and balance when I bring my vehicle for service. The staff is rude all around and the manager isn't helpful either. Today I came for an oil change and the option to select tire rotation is not available in the app when you schedule a service. However I asked when I dropped off my vehicle, first the person at the counter (Nasir) said it wasn't possible, then he went to ask and came back and told me they will do the rotation, at checkout when I asked about it they said the rotation was not done and Nasir told me that I was lying and he told me it

Don't even bother. I just wanted to pick up 4 tires no installation. Tell me why I had to wait 40 minutes for them to tell me they only had 3 and lost one. Seriously? What a cluster unorganized joke. Will never be back.

Ordered 4 tires and installation at this location. My vehicle rims are 35”. When I got there I was told they can’t install them at this location and that I’d have to go to the Vero beach supercenter 40 minutes south. They blamed “the system” for allowing me to make an appointment for install of this size tire at their location, but they made no effort to contact me before the appointment regarding the issue. I canceled the order and they issued a refund at least, but still wasted my time. Make sure you call and confirm they can install the tire size you need before purchasing.

Came on time for an appointment for an oil change at 4:30pm. Wasn’t even checked in by the employees until 4:40 and on top or that my vehicle took 2 Hours for a simple oil change. Mind you, I usually change the oil myself but I need it done “professionally” for my warranty. This is what I get for trying to get a “cheap” oil change. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. This location is horrible.

Malabar Road location is much friendlier and flexible than the WM tire center I used to go to. Took very good care of my van and were pretty quick too.
