Walmart Auto Care Center

Tried to call for a question, was told to hold for a moment. It's been almost 25 mins being on hold. I just wanted ask if they would charge the oil and oil filter if I already bought it before hand. I would just need the labor for it. If it would be the same price or not... Look, I get you guys are busy but really 25 mins on being on hold just to asked a question? Probably would have gone to being on hold for 30 mins or probably longer. If hadn't end the call.

When you call auto service ask for Rodriguez a gentleman that very calmly answer all my questions and really make you feel comfortable. Have a great year Rodriguez!! I truly appreciate you courtesy!

My husband made an appointment to have 2 tires put on. The first time scheduled, he was told it would be 3 hour wait. So, my husband decided to make the earliest appointment the following weekend for 7am on Saturday morning. He was there on time and was told he would have to wait till 9am, again another 2 hours. I called and spoke to the manager which seemed like he didn't know what was going on in his department. He didn't try to help at all. The customer service in the auto department needs work. We will never come back to this location.

Joe our mechanic and the service help were great. He was very informative about our truck. The manager stayed open for us to be the last customer. Great and quick experience. They price was better than what we had been paying saved us 30%

Tried to give them a chance after a miserable experience 2 years earlier and left with damaged parts. The technician that did a battery check cut the factory heat shield and performed the check without a fender guard, leaving grease and grime all over the fender.
