Add 1 or 2 hours to whatever estimated time they give you. Dont reccomend unless u plan to shop 2-3 hours for an oil change… waited 2-1/2 hours with only 3 cars in front of me. Very unorganized… were suppose to change oil and rotate tires, had to just forget rotation at almost 3 hours cause they forgot and had to get in line all over again.

Amazing they did the job awesome, The employee Lisa she was friendly and ask me what needed to be done with my suv I love coming here to get my suv checked amazing job and they cleaned it. Thank you I would so recommend to bring your vehicle here.

Apparently the manager likes to hang up on people. When they're on hold waiting to talk too the mechanic because they'll "call you back" apparently being on, hold for fifteen minutes is just too stressful for walmart managers

Went to buy a new battery and said they would install it at no charge. They said it would be a 4 hour wait so I decided just to roll around in the store for a while since i didnt have the tools to do it myself and didnt want to spend on them since I was already low on cash. I got a call saying they couldn't replace the battery because it was corroded. I ended up buying the tools to replace it myself and did it in the parking lot within 10 min since the car wouldn't start and they couldn't help me pass cables to go home. What a waste of time and money.

Went in for shopping, decided to get an oil change and tire rotation since I was gonna be there for a while. Signed up and their greeter sign me up for an oil change and when I told them I wanted a rotation, the greeter called one of their so called "technicians" for help and they said they couldn't do the rotation because the tire size aren't original size. Never had an issue with any of the places I've gone to before. Just canceled everything including the shopping and went to My usual place of business Goodyear Auto Service where they actually have Technicians and know how to work on vehicles that have different size tires.
