Walmart Auto Care Center

The guys in the Service shop were absolutely phenomenal! We were traveling and hauling a vehicle, we needed tires for the car hauling trailer and these guys were able to fit us in at last minute not long before closing time! We are incredibly grateful for the guys who assisted us! We need more ppl like this in the world!! Thank you!

I got in and out now problems and got my son a 10 gal fish tank the littler ones had been opened so I was afraid to buy one of those thinking something could had been took out of it or just missing so we went with the bigger one that hadn't been opened, other than that store trip went well

I Shouldn't Even Give These Hillbillies A Star! This Place has Long Waits Poor Staff, The General Manager Accused my Husband of breaking the Bolt That They "Broke" by using The wrong wrench A Star and it's a square! Like he purposely did it just to take off and go to lunch!!! While the manager spend a hour going to Auto Zone to get a New Bolt!!! Only because we had to Argue with them to fix it! Horrible service and a lady came out of the office trying to pick an argument with me. Trying to Escalate the already frustrating situation! Don't EVER GO THERE!!! ALLEN will accuse you of doing it even though There under you Car, Thank God,My Husband watched the whole thing!!!DO THING RIGHT Walmart!!! 3 1/2 hrs later... They didn't even Grease the bushings but said ALLEN said he did BS, damn a 15 m

The guys working on the car were great but we got there between 6-6:30 twice just needing a quick oil change and the girl at the auto service desk said they couldn't do it that close to closing because she wanted to go home early. And laughed like it was funny but it really was inconvenient to have to come back 3 times just for an oil change. She was perfectly happy to ring us up at 5pm, 2 full hours before closing. 🙄
