Walmart Auto Care Center

They are the most incompetent, lazy, unskilled bunch of people all placed in the same Walmart auto center. We live in Laveen and have been to them a couple of times and these guys have never failed to disappoint us. We went for an oil change. They told us our total cost before we dropped our vehicle. When we came to collect the car, they charged us about $15 more. When we asked they told us yeah it is written on the board inside you can check. I told him I was told something else by the mechanic who was going to do the oil change and he rolled his eyes on me and said well you should’ve checked here. Absolutely horrible. They have no clue what they are doing here. First they couldn't find the tires, next they denied installation appointment because in their opinion the car was "too low" (it's stock height) they didn't even try to put it on the lift. Lastly we then tried to just take the tires to have them installed somewhere else but, surprise, the 19" tires we ordered were wrong, they gave us 20". Had to take them back and that was an ordeal too. Dont even waste your time here

The experience purchasing and installing tires was ridiculously overwrought. I began by searching online for the tires I wanted. I called the store to let them know what I had chosen to and schedule their install, and was told to just have them shipped to my house and then bring them in. So I did that. Then they didn't want to give me the price for in store purchase since I carried them in; after explaining that I did purchase them in store they just got shipped to my house.. so I had to carry them in.. it didn't seem to click. This was my first clue. Then they didn't have the 6-splined tool needed to get the lug nuts off. So I drove home got mine and came back with it. Then I was told I had a broken lug nut and they couldn't repair it. Fine that is reasonable so I drove home extracted it

Bought tires and booked an appointment online. The appointment gets canceled the day of because the tires didn't arrive on time. I called them to figure out why (side note - you have to wait for them to miss the first call or two and then on the second or third call they answer) and they told me they didn't know what was up with my tires but gave me the option to reschedule. Rescheduled 2 days later. Called back the day of because there were no updates online so the guy checks in back to verify the tires have come in.. they did. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and nobody approached my car for 15 minutes. I had to get out and flag someone down. The guy checking me in didn't seem to know how to use the tablet.. or tell which car mine is looking directly at it. He got another

Just needed a quick fix on something loose. Waited 45 minutes to find out they hadn't even started on my car and evey other car had been put first. This is not the first time I've had issues with this place. Also when your car IS done they never text you.
