Walmart Auto Care Center

I have been going here for several years for my oil change and other services. Never had a problem. Love the online scheduling, very convenient. I will continue to go here for certain auto services. Customer service is excellent! 👍🏾

It's Walmart auto care. I wouldn't get anything major done there but routine maintenance oil changes, tires, etc.... which they are good at and generally get it done quick once it gets into garage area. It's a good choice for the routine maintenance. They know what their doing and Walmart stands behind everything they sell or service so if something odd might happen or goes terrible wrong Walmart would take care of it. They have the best customer service about returns than any other big or medium box store.

I got an oil change and tire rotation before my trip. They were kind and patient with my questions. Got it done faster than I expected! And the price was great! I’ll be going back for sure. 👍🏼

I had an excellent experience. I ordered tires, & set up an appointment to have them installed. When the tires arrived, I received a call from Ashley letting me know they were ready for my appointment. I arrived for my appointment, check in was fast & easy, & I did some shopping while my tires were put onto my car, after which I received a text message letting me know my car was ready. Check out was fast, & the tires are great!! Less road noise, the balance is perfect, I am EXTREMELY satisfied. 😃

The people working in this tire center are incompetent and lazy. I brought in a set of tires to be mounted on 2 wheels that was going on a recreational vehicle. They wouldn't mount the tires because "walmart policy says they can't mount tires that are older than 10 years" after I pointed out the big sign right behind them that stated that walmart in fact WOULD mount the tires so long as I signed an acknowledgement basically deeming then non liable they came up with all sorts of excuses of why they wouldn't mount them. They tried to enforce a policy that was written clear as day on a poster but when I complied and was willing to sign the acknowledgement form they couldn't give me a real reason why they wouldn't mount them other than their pride was hurt.
