Walmart Auto Care Center

All I asked is to have an oil change and please but one little plastic fastener in my heat shield. "We can't do that anymore", was the reply. It is a simple thing once you have it up. I don't have a lift or I'd do it myself. So simple for them. Why not?

Last oil change the oil filler cap was not replaced correctly. I should have double checked it. They did provide a free oil change and the oil filler cap was replaced correctly. They didn't top off the other fluids or reset the oil life gauge as they have in the past.

Go somewhere else if you need work done to your vehicle. Called four times, no answer drove 30 minutes just to get there, and the technician is playing on his phone and asked him if he can do a tire change, and he tells me no. Guess I'll be going elsewhere with my business from now on.

Terrible. They have no idea what they're doing nor know anything about tire sizes. Wasted my time more than twice aside from ruining the treads in my friends oil plug and not putting the oil cap after being done with the service. This department should be shut down.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to service desk. Just wanted a oil change. Was told it would be a half hour to change my oil. An hour later they still didn't bring my vehicle in to do the oil change. Another 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could go somewhere else. Terrible!!! Do not recommend at all!
