Walmart will not install tires that you buy FROM Walmart that are a different size than what is listed on the door jam. So despite me ordering tires for OEM rims for this specific vehicle, because they were not the same rims that came on the truck, they refused to install them. Nowhere is this a written policy, nowhere on the web site does it say this before purchase. This came after first being told that their lift was out of service and that I should call another Walmart to see if their lift works. I called around and was told by two other stores "not our problem." I went back to get my truck and was told I'd ordered the wrong size tires, which no, was not the case. Purchased tires and scheduled installation online. Received text updates. Prices fantastic, process extremely simple, tires replaced in 25 minutes. Will buy all tires there in future.

After much confusion obtaining tires from Hudson Walmart, called, reserved and serviced my car at Chili Walmart Auto Center. Purchased 2 front tires and asked rear tires rotated side to side. Returned to vehicle, I was charged a more expensive tire and rear rotation was not done. I left the store frustrated. I contacted the Store Manager, who reached out to the Automotive Manager, who scheduled to bring my car back for the rotation. I left after meeting these individuals, who apologized immensely, feeling and treated like royalty! Going through this process I was very frustrated, however, tried to remain civil in presenting my concern. This made for a happy outcome.😀

Walmart got me in within 2 hours to repair my tire today and it was cheap. Service was awesome, thanks folks!
