Walmart Auto Care Center

Slowest auto care center i have ever seen! I was on vacation and upon arriving to my destination i realized i was going to need 2 new tires for my car. I order them and a few days later, i go to my appointment which is at 11 am. Guy told us it would take an hour or hour and a half. Mind you, there is like maybe 1 or 2 other cars in the bay. At other walmart centers, they have been done as fast as 30 minutes before. So whatever, we go shopping, end up waiting 2 hours to get 2 tires put on. They Finally say its ready and when i go to pick it up, i am waiting on my keys. The technician did not come to the front to inform us that my keys were sitting in my vehicle, the lady that finished checking me out told me that he would be up there with my keys in a minute. Got an oil change here and they left my gas cap off. Then was questioned why I didn’t know and come back straight away to get it fixed. When I spoke to the manager he asked what I wanted him to do about it. When I said I thought a refund and a comp of the next one he laughed me off and said “I’m not doing that”. Go to a real place not worth the trouble.

No appointment needed! Great price and excellent customer service.

Never go to Walmart for an oil change. Sure it’s “cheaper”, but your engine is worth a lot more than an oil change. Don’t be stupid.

There is an issue every time I take a car here. Dropped my wifes car off had an appointment at 12 for an oil change. They called at 130 stating they dont carry the oil filter. I said ok ill go get one and bring it. They said no we won't be able to get to it today now youll have to bring it back another day. Then I ordered tires on walmart.com for my truck took it up there today to get the tires put on it and an oil change done. Dropped it off at 11am. They put the tires on no problem. Then they call me at 2pm and tell me they dont carry the oil filter for my chevy... ok whatever I go get one drop it off and leave. They call me back at 330pm and state that they cant do the oil change now because they put it in the system originally as a 1500 but its a 2500hd and they cant edit it so they ca
