Walmart Auto Care Center

Do not recommend Walmart auto center . I bought one tire on Walmart.com to replace a spare tire on my truck. I am a Walmart + member and get the upgraded installation with road hazard free. I took only the spare tire in to get the new one installed. Once I arrived the place was very busy. The person who helped me was nice and polite, but had trouble checking me in. They said it would take 30 minutes as I had an appointment. It ended up taking an hour and they said they couldn't put the road hazard protection on the tire because the truck was not there. I offered to give them the mileage, VIN, etc for the truck but they said it had to be there. So I went home and got my truck. I brought it back and they still had difficulty getting the road hazard on there. I don't know what happ

They did a good job 6 months ago when I replaced my tires, I got free rotation and road hazard for my tires. Well went there yesterday and no one is working there anymore it seems. Just called there and no one answered. I guess the shop is closed down. I have a flat tire and wanted to use my road hazard that I paid for, can't do that when they are closed two days in a row.

Understaffed or inappropriately staffed I might should say. Posted hrs as of a week ago say 8-6. It’s almost 9 & they’re still closed tight with 6 vehicles waiting 🤦🏾‍♀️ Only reason I’m here is bc my tire rotation/balance is free w my plan. Gotta get that done with every oil change to keep me rolling smoothly 🚗

They have the hardest time keeping this tire shop staffed to be able to actually stay open for the hours advertised by Walmart. The price is right. The tires are good. The equipment makes for a speedy tire replacement. They have a free air hose on the corner for folks just looking to add some air to a tire. I think the manager lady just needs to stop taking smoke breaks with what seems to be the lead garage man (round fella you'll find hanging out behind the garage, smart but smokes a quarter pack on a tire change) and start doing some hiring. If I could get the service I got 3 years ago from the skinny white girl with funny colored hair, I'd never use another tire shop. But it seems like this older woman and middle age man run all the good help outta the garage. Maybe it's just my optics.

Had 4 tires installed, second time used them for this. Great job both times, requests followed, balancing excellent- smooth ride. Ready sooner than expected. Printout of everything including lug nut torque and tire pressure.
