Walmart Auto Care Center

We waited two hours for them to change the tire on our car, and they didn't have any other cars except mine. Then another one came, they fixed it, but they didn't do anything with mine. What they were doing there for two hours, I have no idea! You need other employees who will do everything at once, and not wait two hours for some nonsense.!!!!!!!

Got here at 7am right when they opened to get my tire fixed and put back on, still here at 7:30 waiting because they said that they’re waiting on the other workers but had seen me walking around looking for help and chose to say nothing. They are currently standing there talking to eachother while me and another person are waiting for help

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change through the app. The auto center department was clean and organized. Joshua saw I was waiting in line and promptly helped get me checked-in. When my vehicle was done, he patiently answered all of my questions and offered recommendations to resolve an issue with my tires and TPMs. He gave me a general idea of the total cost of services would be which was nice. I’ll be scheduling another appointment to get new tires and replace my sensors later this week thanks to his help. Shout out to Joshua for his awesome customer service!!

Took two hours to change one tire, and then they installed the wrong tire, how can they mess up the tire brand? Isn’t supposed to be a barcode to tell them it’s the wrong tire? What a mess. NEVER AGAIN.

The cashier never submitted my ticket after we discussed price and i picked the tire. An hour later I am finding out no one knew what need it to be done in my vehicle, no one bother to call me or text me. Your people needs to be retained, I also need it an oil change he refused to give me service with our an appointment when I don't see no vehicle waiting and all your technician outside 3 of them just playing or texting with their phone. Just like no body want to work. I asked for manager and and still waiting to speak with a manager, I asked 3 if your employees for a manager
