Walmart Auto Care Center

3 star service is the standard here, so I'm giving 2 stars. I purchased new tires online for delivery to the store. Had an appointment set up and I showed up 15 minutes early, but it wasn't helped until 5 after my scheduled time. The person at the front desk was as helpful as he could be, and I provided some instructions for the service I wanted. Once my ticket was written up, and though they only had one vehicle in the bay, i waited another 30 minutes for them to get to my car. Then just to make sure, I wanted to comfirm with the mechanics on my requested work and to help save them some work. I needed new tires installed on spare wheels that I had brought. The mechanic seemed to be confused and surprised for what I wanted. Once I told him that request, it seemed like he didn't want to

Total BS. Screen say $11.00 to mount a tire right above the register. But then I get charged an additional charge of $15.00 per tire for life time balance and rotation. Which apparently you can’t deny that service, there trailer tires, your not balancing or rotating anything. You’re just taking money from people for no services provided. Which is total bull shit. Hard to defend Walmart as a company when you do shit like this. Go some place else.

The manager, Snow, as well as Jon and the team were quick and attentive—checked out my flat tire quickly and were willing (if needed next time) to activate Road Hazard warranty.

Do not come here, they do not have time for you at the auto center they are short staffed and they've been short staffed for a year. Every time I try to come in for an oil change I pull up to the bay and they just stare. By the time they finally come out they say things to discourage me from getting an oil change. This hasn't happened just once. Its every single time I have tried. At least four times in the last six months. Here is an idea, hire more employees. Pay a decent wage so you have enough people. You guys are ridiculous and this is not the way to run a store. Go to valvoline right down the road. They will have you out in like 15 minutes.

I had the worst experience at this shop. I went in for an oil change and headlight restoration. When they handed my keys back, I noticed they had completely forgotten to clean the headlights. I made a little joke, saying, “You didn’t forget to change the oil, did you?” with a smile. Instead of responding professionally/friendly, the guy got aggressive, saying, “Keep talking, you won’t take the key back,” and then slammed my car door. That level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the way they handle customers is just awful. If they react this badly to a simple comment, I can’t imagine trusting them with any serious repairs. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
