Walmart Auto Care Center

I took my car for a routine oil change & when I got it back I noticed a dent in the front bumper. I took it back to them & asked them what happened, they said they didn't do it & to use a hair blower to pull the den[ out, there was also some damage to the paint at the dent. I know it wasn't there bf bc I had just washed it the day bf. After driving my car I noticed it was bouncing going down the road. I checked the tire pressure & the front right one had over 60 lbs of pressure in it, to which I quickly deflated down to 38. After doing this it still had a bad bounce & I took it to Quick Lube on Florence road & he immediately spotted the broken radial in that tire where they had put too much air pressure in it. He said they've been getting a lot more business bc ppl are complaining abo

Been looking at my vehicle for hours just needed two tires changed. 😂😂 It is the beginning of the month but why bring it in the garage take the tires off if you're not gonna do it. If I had read the reviews I probably would've looked around. I'll update after they're finished.

I was at the auto center before 7am. I waited till 7:10 and the doors where still locked so I called and asked if they are open. Was told yes. The door finally opened at 7:20. I just needed an oil change. I got out of there at 8:40.

So I went to return car battery has a year warranty.. I show Ronnie the receipt I have for the battery and it says October 15 2024 I can't return the battery no more. Well It is 7/16/24 I can return still. He says no we can't. He raised his voice towards me rude and nasty. They need better service for sure. Lucky I didn't punch him for being rude and nasty..

They were very Busy but got me in and out with 2 new front tires FAST AND FRIENDLY ENOUGH
