Walmart Auto Care Center

7:30 a.m appointment for an oil change. Left 8:35. Walk ins were put in front of myself and others with appointments. Once pulled back it took over 30 minutes to do a ten minute oil change. We usually go to skiatook auto lube, which takes less than 10 minutes but, we needed an early appointment. Back fired because of the inefficient operating procedures. This is the only time I have been unhappy with this department.

For a Wal-Mart, I didn't expect the level of service, professionalism and care I received. I had an oil change and 4 new tires installed here. As a matter of policy they have a limited list of things they'll do with your vehicle, so this isn't the place for everything, but they are great at what they do, and you get a smile and a positive attitude on top of it! I definitely recommend them, and their tire prices are nearly unmatched!

So while changing the battery on the VW Jetta Wal-Mart employee's fried my computer in the car. I have now been without a car for 2 weeks and have no way to get food for my home or go anywhere. Walmart will not provide a rent car and I can not afford to fix the cars computer. This is not right.

I had to take a battery back to Walmart that was not holding a charge, and it was under warranty. Everyone there was great and exchanged it in about 15 mins and took it out to the vehicle, and loaded it for my wife. Thank you!!
