Walmart Auto Care Center

I've always experienced great service from this Walmart tire location. However, today really floored me. I brought my car in for a new set of tires because the tread was getting thin, and I didn't want to be out in the snow with them. I thought I had a great deal with the Black Friday special on Goodyear tires. When they rang me up, the price was less than half the cost they had quoted. I asked why, and they said my prior set that I purchased from them had worn out faster than they should have, so they prorated them. They did this without asking because that's the type of great service they give. Shout out to Karen and the awesome tech that took care of me without asking.

A week ago I went to one of the Walmart chains and had the engine oil changed, which they poured in too much. Then I went to this service center and just like other chains have unprofessional and incompetent employees, they have such unprofessional employees here too, they couldn't understand how to drain the old oil and pour in new. This is completely unacceptable. Arrogance and carelessness. Why do you have untrained and unprofessional employees? I don't recommend having such employees at work. Don't trust them 😡😡😡😡👎👎👎

Went in for an oil change... had a sensor telling me my tire was low. Figured its no big deal, its part of the package anyway, so ill just let them air my tires up for me. I get my vehicle back, and on the paperwork it says all my tires are at 32, yet the sensor still says its 26. I know this seems like such a trivial thing, but if they just put whatever they wanted on the paperwork for my tires without airing them up, makes me wonder what else they failed to do and just put in the paperwork that it was all good. Don't think ill be returning, trust has been lost.

Very slow. Showed up for an oil change at 2:30 and they didn’t pull the car into the shop until 3:45. Workers spent more time on there phone than getting anything done. Won’t be back. They were more interested in airing up an inflatable sword than doing their job. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
