In the past, I have not had the best experiences here. Today I had no choice but to bring my car and I’m glad I did and my experiences was great. It seems as if there are new employees and they were awesome. I did not get the man’s name, but he was so kind and so helpful. I will start bringing my car back to this location for sure as they were so kind to me!

Guys in the auto department make ecscuses not to work. It's a shame because I'm a walmart plus member and would rather take my auto business elsewhere. It should not take 2 hours to change one tire! Especially when you have several workers and no line ahead of you.

I needed new tires and had ordered some on the website. The guys were able to get me in early before my scheduled appointment since I was riding on a spare, even though they were short staffed and it was nearing the end of the shift.

This is the slowest and worse managed place. I had an appointment i made in advance for 8am to have my tires put on. I waited until 8:45 before having to go in and tell them that no one had been out to even see what was needing to be done and tell them i had an appointment. I was told that they are “slow and short staffed until 10am” and I was also told that they couldn’t find my appointment on their schedule but i had proof on my phone where i had scheduled the appointment and texts where it had said for me to be there at 8am. The manager had to come out and get me checked in but they did not even begin to work on my car until 9:40. I did not leave until almost 11am so it was a total of 3 hours when i had an appointment made for 8am. So heads up to anyone thinking of making an online appo
