Walmart Auto Care Center

I don’t understand why Kassie and all the other employees are soooo stressed and talking aggressive with you like it’s craaaazzyy. I guess garbage customer service attitude is the main requirements to work here, it’s soooo bad like 3th world countries prob nicer than this people. As soon as I pulled up, manager called Kassie literally yelled at me to stay in the car, raised her voice and everything, which I was outside of the working area. Came into the cashier, another person name Aqana or something (didn’t see the name clearly) yelled at me again asking me “ why am I here “ and bunch of nonsense, talking very bad, rolling eyes, keep repeating what they say, like it’s baaaad… never coming back to this garbage, not worth the money that you save, time attitude all of that is terrible. This

I had a poor experience at this location. Kassie told me that they did not have an oil filter for my Toyota. She wanted me to go to another store and bring it there to get my oil changed. Its not the responsibility of the customer to compensate for poor leadership. Walmart wasted my time.

0 Stars — Completely Frustrating Experience My experience was absolutely frustrating. I purchased and prepaid tires online and booked an appointment, yet it took 4 hours to get my tires changed—and that’s after my car sat in the lot for 2 hours before they even took it in. Even after taking the car in, if it truly takes 2 hours to change tires, this shop needs serious introspection about their operations. The staff could not honor the online appointment, and the manager was rude and dismissive, suggesting I cancel and go home if I couldn’t “wait.” This is not how you treat customers, especially those who prepay and schedule appointments. If you cannot honor your own scheduling, don’t take appointments in the first place.

This Walmart has an auto care center with some very basic services. Their prices are pretty good, I’m not sure how long their turnaround is though.

Would do 0stars if I could me and my husband have been sitting up here for FOUR HOURS waiting for them to put on tires that were bought and shipped THROUGH THEM and after sitting and waiting and asking if they needed anything if it’s all good they told us that they have to cancel our tire job cause they not have the right tool for the lug nuts on my car ! Mind you we got here early at 1:30pm before my 2pm appointment WAITED TWO HOURS before they even started on my car for them to tell me at 5:50pm that they had to cancel…in what world does it take 4 hours to put on tires and in what world does it take you two more hours to realize you don’t have everything you need!
