If you get service here, PLEASE check your tire pressure after they’re done with it. My tires are supposed to be 32 psi. Well the drive home felt really odd, like I was drifting everywhere, and I could tell something was off. When I did get home and start letting some air out, my own gauge read 40 psi!!!! These were supposed to be 32, and they filled to 40!! That’s pretty high and honestly kinda unacceptable. So please check your tires! Cause you don’t want to risk a blowout.

I would give less stars if I could. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I was in line waiting at 10:10am. They didn’t even begin to touch my car until 12:30pm. This is the slowest, most unprofessional place I have ever been. There was a guy who had an 11:30am appointment, came after me and was in a truck and his oil change was finished before me. Just sickening, never again😡😡

I had an appointment for 12:30-1:30pm and I didn't leave until 2:45pm. I originally came for an oil change and to fix a tire leak. They were not able to perform an oil change because of the type of car I have, which is a BMW. I didn't take the chances with that, so I decided to get the tire fixed, which they informed me there is a nail in my tire so I would need a plug. I am not understanding what took 2 hours for a tire plug and it was only 3 cars that needed to be serviced at the time.

I wanted to give Walmart the benefit of the doubt and to trust that maybe they'd be more honest than most other car places in town. Still left disappointed. All I needed was a simple oil change. First, and worst part of all, they were dishonest about their pricing. I waited for hours staring at their menu screen where it advertised an oil change price of $57.88. And no where on that screen did it mention an ADDITIONAL $35 service fee. And I'm not even sure if I was given the correct oil I asked for. Second, they're REALLY slow. My appointment was at 1:30 my car was done at 4pm. I spoke with their manager and all she said was "sorry". They could do better but until they do I won’t be going back here.

Trey helped me out a lot, was cordial even when I lost my composure and helped me resolve an issue with my car.
