12/24 I came to get 4 tires put on my car, which includes valve stem and tpms service. 1. the associate signed my paperwork for me. which is ILLEGAL. he not once turned the screen for me to sign, he used his own finger and put squiggles in the boxes. 2. as soon as I drove out of the parking lot, my tire pressure light came on. I called the auto center back and they said to drive it about 20 miles and it would go off on its own, that my car needed to register that I had new tires. It never went off, I ended up turning the light off myself... 3. after leaving the auto center, I got a refund receipt for the valve stems and tire pressure system service..... WOW. THEN, whenever I physically looked at all of my tires, one of the caps for the valve stem was missing. I have called up there at l

Had an appointment today at 8:30am for a simple oil change. Once my car was finished I had to wait too long in a very long line to pay for the service and get my keys. To top it all off, when I drove my car the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON!!! There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my engine when I arrived! Please explain why my check engine light was on when I left Walmart??? Unacceptable! Now I’ll have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to find out why my Check Engine Light is on! Very unhappy Walmart customer.

Took my car there for a simple oil change. No prior reservation or appointment. It was mid afternoon. I dropped the car key and waited for about 45 mins (just about what I was told when I first spoke to the mechanic). The staff at the customer service seemed knowledgeable. He explained which type of oil change service I should be getting. Simple easy to read statement clarifies what job has been done to my car. It’s been two days. No leak. Seamless, affordable, perfect service. Will definitely come back again for oil change.

Yes, they're very busy but also always so rude. I've been lied to more than once about services being done and they weren't, or done well, when i paid for a service to be done. Gave this store multiple chances bc it's close and cheaper, but I would rather pay twice as much to actually trust the workers with my car. Whether intentional sabatage or complete incompetency, this auto care team just sucks :) please do ur car and mental sanity a favor and go anywhere else
