Walmart Auto Care Center

Got new tires put on at this location. Drove alot since then and took my car into the shop because the car didn't seem right when driving. Here the dummy that put my tires on over inflated them drastically!!!! 2 front tires were 45psi 2 rear tires were 40psi. My car specs which show in the door jam say 32psi front and 30psi rear. If your mechanic can't follow simpl directions they shouldn't be working on cars and putting people's life in danger!!! I will be contacting a higher up about this!

Terrible experience and very disappointed with this place. Here's my story with this place. I ordered tires on Walmart's website and entered my vehicle information. I got a list of tires that would fit my van so I found the ones I liked and ordered them. I also scheduled the installation for the tires which the earliest they had was for two weeks from the day I ordered them. Finally the day came and dropped the vehicle off. After about 1.5 hrs of waiting the one "mechanic" comes over and tells me that they can't install the tires because they were not what came with the vehicle from factory😡😡. So I proceeded to tell this person that the stores website said the tires would fit. The tires were the same specs as the tires on the vehicle except that they weren't run flat tires. I didn't want

Dawn in the automotive center was super amazing in helping me book and emergency appointment for my car when I accidently made an appointment at the wrong location, she was extremely understanding of my car's needs and very kind and courteous! I also want to give a shoutout to the kind woman in the fabric department today (who was working around 12:30pm-1:30pm) who assisted me in finding a particular drinking cub/glass and flavor products! Both of these ladies are amazing!

Had an appointment at 12 and they didn't fetch the car in the shop till 2 and waited for couple hours just for 3 tires. If you make an appointment there make sure you have all day to wait, stuff is friendly but waiting time sucks , and I wasn't the only one waiting idk why to make appointments if they can't handle them

this place is unbelievably incompetent. ordered inexpensive tire to have replaced and it was shipped to store. One of supervisors told me to come at 7am but I was able to schedule appt online so I did. Woke up to message that my appt was canceled because product was delayed. went at 7am, Noone there til 8. product was there. Took 3 hours for one tire. Older mechanic works but slow. Other mechanics either visiting with what appears to be friends that stop by or look like they are trying to avoid work. Can't see it getting better, management is absent
