Walmart Auto Care Center

No cars in the bay I show up for an oil change and they tell me they can’t do it because they’re understaffed. I had to have an appointment. And their next appointment is an hour and a half away. Absolute laziness.

Tried calling auto care, sent me straight to customer service after a long long time of ringing… then got transferred to auto center and rang for a long long time again and when the auto center answered they IMMEDIATELY hung up on me while I was talking!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

It’s funny as I came here to write this review I saw my last one from 6 years ago. Well I guess I didn’t learn my lesson and made the same mistake and tried them again. BIG mistake…….I came in on a Saturday to try and have an oil change and was asked if I had an appointment to which I didn’t. They said they only had one tech so they were not taking walk ins. So I left and made an appointment for 10:30 on Sunday. I get here a few minutes before my appointment time to be told sorry we have NO techs and there will not be one until 11. There are people here who had appointments at 8 or 8:30 who were all told the same thing. They did not bother calling or emailing any of the people who had appointments to let them know. This is probably the worst place to go to try and get anything done to your vehicle. I mean, you buy the tires online and you pay to get the lifetime rotation and balance and then when you actually need the rotation in the balance you can never get in to get it done! Believe me, I will never be back to use Walmart's Auto Center. I'd rather drive somewhere and pay 200 bucks and no that I'm going to get seen, instead of walking in there and them telling me every single time that they only have one mechanic and they got 15 or 20 cars even when you show up at 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. . I just went in there and they told me that I had to make an appointment! The last time I tried to make an appointment they said they didn't do appointments! And that it was first come first served. Went in at 7 a.m. got helped pretty quickly. Was told they could put 2 tires on my car then was told the balancer wasn't working and they called manager( he never showed up) so I needed a battery too. Purchased the battery, they installed it, took forever! Was told I had an appointment to come back at 3 for my tires, NO CALL so I called them to see if the balancer was fixed, no answer. So I won't be using them again. I'm going to Tire Mart from now on. (Didn't leave walmart until 10:00 a.m. should not have taken that long)
