Walmart Auto Care Center

They took 4 hours to test my battery. There was one bench for a sitting area, which was occupied most of the time. I sat on the floor. I was told (after 3 hours) that my battery was good, and then, ten minutes later, that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. Then, less than a week later, my car suddenly wouldn't start. After jumping it, I took it to a different Walmart, who said both terminals were loose. That Walmart had me in and out in 20 minutes-- AND THEY HAD A DEDICATED SITTING AREA.

They completed my oil change quickly. The service was okay. Their text service is wacky and text me every 3 minutes. The phone system barely worked and rang nonstop, the employees couldn't answer it. The service i ordered was not available for my car so it cost twice as much as advertised online. The door to get outside is remotely operated by a person, the same person trying to work the counter. I had to walk all the way around to the garden center. The technician left my seat pushed all the way back where I couldn't reach the pedals.

Told the older man, Joseph I think, at the front I wanted the high mileage oil change and he told me he would have to check the car before he could mark a high mileage oil change though I told him it was 90k+miles. When he came back he said he recommended the fuel injection cleaning& WITHOUT waiting for me to say yes or no he put it on my bill and asked me to sign for it. I was not fussy as it was 15 instead of 25$ that day for the injector cleaning but it was disrespectful. I wont give money to him again specifically and will look for other options with polite&talented employees, it sucks that seems to be in short supply though the employee who checked me out was nice.

I bought some tires in the store as they arrived in a day, in total I waited 3 days and nothing they are irresponsible..

Went there for quick battery change. They were fast and very pleasant.
