Im going to be honest, be aware who is working on your car. Not every mechanic knows everything. Therefore good people, good service, quality is a sacrafice here for cheaper services

The website gave me a window to arrive, I got there and they told me that I needed to be there at the very beginning of that window. They would not let me get my oil change. Two technicians were there. Only one car. They claim they had all these appointments. But no one was there except for me and one other car, two technicians, and they would not do my oil change. I arrived at 8:08 with a window of 7:30-8:30. So there was still 22 minutes left in my “window” and they still refused the service. Terrible service. Andre and Nina offered no help whatsoever. I even sat there for a while to see if any cars came. The next car finally arrived after 20 minutes. I have been coming here to get oil changes for eight years. I will not be back.

I had a horrible experience at Walmart Auto Center. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 PM, and they didn’t even finish working on my truck until after 6 PM. They took my truck in, started it and then immediately went on lunch. Why the heck would they take my vehicle in if they knew they were about to go on a break? My truck sat there for hours without being worked on, and I had no idea what was going on. When I first brought it in, they told me it would only take about an hour, but instead, it took a full 3 hours! They started the work just to keep me from leaving, but then halfway through, they just stopped and left it unfinished to go on lunch. Unprofessional and frustrating! I won’t be coming back ever.

If you have install new tires, there is a warranty that provides tire rotation for life time, but the problem is that you cant schedule by the app or the web site. I call by phone and some body instead to set an appointment for the tire rotation, he said that, I have to go there and make a line. When I got there, the thecnician told me that if I have and appointment. They make you waist your time.

Yeah it’s cheaper but they take forever to get it done trust me the extra money is worth it even with an appointment over an hr spent waiting then tried to get some extra things and pay so that I can leave when it’s finished but I waited at the counter over 20 mins one of the female employees seen me and was dealing with another guest and just walked away when she was finished. This place would get a 0 if I could and if I could grab my car and go somewhere quicker right now I would absolutely ridiculous. Rather pay the more expensive and get better service and faster oil changes. My advice you come here better be your day off…
