Walmart Auto Care Center

They are complete idiots. They didn't lift the doors all the way up and told me your van wouldn't fit!!! Lift the door all the way up and it will fit. I told them. They said the door was broken 😒😒 This has been happening at many Walmart !!. I wonder if the authorities will respond to this or if they are inspecting their buildings, which I'm not sure about!!..

Can I give ZERO stars? 8:30am Saturday morning and everyone has an attitude. All we wanted was a tire rotation. Nobody could tell us when it could be done and couldn't care less. Typical behavior of every person in this store and area. Why?

At 6:15 am I received an automated text that my 7:00 appointment/installation of tires purchased had been canceled. I called for 2½ hours STRAIGHT with no answer. Finally spoke with someone who informed me that there was a glitch in their system and I could reschedule or come in now and they'd stop do the work. I get there and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Of course I was upset. The tech spoke with his "manager", who offered no customer service, not even so much of an apology. But he did offer a smart response by asking me "ma'am, what do you think we do, just walk out here and look at each and every tire we get/have"? ABSOLUTELY.... ESPECIALLY WHEN THE RECEIVER RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT WRONG AND YOU HAD PEOPLE SCHEDULED FOR INSTALLATION WITH TIRES ON SAID SHIPMENT! No one bothered t

HUGE SHOUTOUT! Great service and so friendly! My husband and I were passing thru on our way back up to Northern KY and kept getting low tire pressure notices. Arrived at the Walmart around 6:40pm and they were able to get us a new tire and on our way even though they closed at 7pm. Big thank you to Anthony, Errol, Emmett, and Jessica! You all are fantastic!!!

Brought truck in for oil change with no wait my truck was pulled in watched it sit there for hour then watched 2 vehicles pull in front of mine was like wow wait a minute. why are these vehicles going in front of me there was no one here and my truck just sat there . Was told that they made appointment online called B.s. was not told by service guy that checked me in and watched em back my truck up and pull around from opposite side change there oil like speedy Gonzales and im waiting an hour with no communication from your advisor after being told its going to be right in theres no wait.
