Showed up for our appt at 915 to have tired installed and they didnt get done until 1230. Then as we were driving home on freeway, the cover that goes over the lug nuts went flying!!! We pulled over and none of the caps were secured on! We kicked the other 3 back on. I called and the manager said "oh well go buy a new one and ill put it on." SERIOUSLY?!! THATS YOUR RESPONSE?! Better come up with something better real fast

Brought my car in and used my lunch break to have my tires rotated. I had to rush back to work and just noticed they didn’t even rotate them. I removed the valve stem caps off the rear tires to see if they would be moved to the front and the rear is still missing the valve stem caps. You can also tell by the front tires being worn a little more than the rear still. What a waste of my time.

The worst employees ever seen. The last time I changed the oil there. After some time during the inspection, the master noticed that oil was leaking from the pan. It turned out that these guys had not installed the gasket after draining the oil. When I returned to them to solve this problem, they told me that there really was no gasket there, but the reason for the oil leak was something else, they say I allegedly hooked the engine pan somewhere, that now I have to go to the dealership and change whole pan. These are the worst employees I've ever seen. I don't recommend contacting them. They are very irresponsible employees.

Amazing team. They got me in and out quickly at the best price in town. Very friendly people. Looks like a fairly new crew and new manager.

I haven't been there any while but oh my the new management is amazing there!! And I can't forget about the auto technicians they treated my car like one of theirs amazing 10 out of 10
