As always when I shop at Walmart, I'm happy with my purchases and the employees friendly attitude.

Got an oil change last time here and filled up my oil with no drain plug gasket. Oil has been leaking ever since. Come back today with the part to replace it and they told me that it’s not their problem and to go somewhere else.

I really can't say anything bad about our local Vidor Walmart Auto. They always seem to have the best prices on tires and batteries in the area. Always good about honoring their road hazard warranty and never have any issues with their oil service. Sometimes there is a long wait but usually they get me out the.door and on the road faster then expected.

Broke my dip stick and didn’t tell me about it. I ended up finding the top half of the handle for the dip stick in my drivers side door handle. I went back and they refused help, and have since refused to serve me since I have a broken dip stick.

I went to buy a new battery for my wife's SUV. She got the numbers off the old battery so she could tell me what options I had regarding which new battery to get. She was very cordial and knowledgeable at least with what I needed. I was in there for maybe 6-8 minutes. Very satisfied.
