3 stars for an... attempt? We were traveling from Florida when our headlight went out. I was calling service centers on our route, and this was the first one to say "be here by 6:30 and we should be good". Great! This where they would have earned a 5 star review. We got there at 6:15. We only needed one headlight replacement. Is the replacement on my Jeep more involved? Yes. Was it possible to be fixed in 15 minutes? Yes. Here's the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5. The guy looked at the light and told me "The light is too low. We'd have to take this out, and the battery out just to get to it." I responded "Oh. When I did it at home, I came in from the wheel well. (Took the cover off and popped in the light)" His response "Well, still. We'd have to take the tire off and it's too mu

I have gotten both oil changes and new tires from here and I have had a great experience all times. Smiling faces, polite, helpful informative customer service.

I never had an issue with coming here to the auto center before but today was absolutely ridiculous! I made an appointment for 4pm to have my car serviced (2 tires prepaid) & the towing company brought my vehicle early being told that I would be able to be seen asap. I got here around 2:30 & there was only 2 cars. Perfect (so I thought).. I watched soo many people come in without appointments & was in & out. Here I am with small children (3), already have gone shopping & walked around the store multiple times. I asked about it without success of course & then to hear the employees still talk about it like I was a nuisance was very unprofessional. Customer service really isn’t a thing anymore! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely terrible service. Came in at 9am without an appointment so I already expected to wait a while. They told me it would be a 1-2 hour wait for a mount and balance on 4 tires I brought in myself. I agreed to the wait and here we are 4 hours later and with a comment from the associate saying “maybe they missed you” Don’t waste your time coming here!

If uselessness had a physical form, this is what it looks like. I recommend you get actual mechanics to work in this section of your store. I had arrived with two flat tires on my truck, after getting it in the back, that’s where the problems arose. They had informed me that they could not get a bolt off one of my tires, therefore they were not willing to try and fix the other one. After I explained to them that I would be able to take it off and place a spare in it’s place, however that was as useful as holding a conversation with a fence post. After convincing them, they took off other my tire in attempt to patch it. After looking at it for an estimate of 10 seconds, they had deduced that I had bullet proof tires, therefore they were unwilling to patch them. I personally was unawa
