Hi! The Tire Center of Walmart in Porters Neck? 10/10!!! And BONUS POINTS!!! Thank you’s go out to Martha, Steph Stephon & Devon for helping me with my flat tire today!!! They were all so helpful, kind, and supportive with my questions and concerns and guided me to a solution with a much happier state of mind than when I arrived! I even got a hug from Martha! Thank you! Walmart- you have some great people that work there! Even Devon’s wife works there too!! Again, thank you all so much!!! Your kindness goes further than you realize and you all deserve more recognition for your hard work! Google: I am sure all of us do! Wink!

Day started off crap, blown tire on the way to work, traffic whizzing by at 80-90... you know, THAT type of day. Got my tire changed and hobbled home and gave these folks a ring. Super friendly, I called a little after 9, they had me in by 12. Figured the other tires were old so asked to get them all changed out before another went pffft on life. Folks hoisted the car at 12:01 and had me out of there just a hair over half an hour later. Reasonably priced Goodyears, quality work, happy flippin customer. Thanks Auot-Care folks! Turned my day around!!

Never going back. Had an appointment and gave them my keys at 1:30, got the text that my car was checked in. Went and did my groceries to pass the time, and checked on my car after about 45 minutes and the app said my car was on hold, never got a text or anything. Went to the auto center and they told me they don’t have oil for my car. Wasted a whole lot of time waiting for something that could have been told to me 5 minutes into my appointment. Only thing the lady said after giving my keys, was “we don’t have your oil”, no apology for having to wait or anything. Thanks for nothing!

I had to get 4 new tires. The service was excellent and the customer service was even better. It's a great and reasonable place to get tires and to do other automotive services.

These guys are professional friendly and listen to my concerns! Quick, efficient and courteous!!! Give em a raise!!!
