Walmart Auto Care Center

I came on morning to have my car oil change. And I have to go to my work afterwards. It used to be better, but my last time visit took more than it should and usually they tell me if it will take more time. It was not on weekends or Friday it’s just a regular day morning day of work.

Came for a tire patch and wound up needing a new tire bc if where the nail pierced… Wallace and Hunter were both excellent and helped better than I could have possibly expected

Had 2 tire sensors changed out. Good price for 2 but when my mechanic went to take off tires to put brakes on they cross threaded 2 lugs on one of the wheels.

Called around and this was the only Walmart between this area Manassas that had listed enough of the tire size I need to complete a set of 4. Was told on the phone that the shop closes at 7 but I would be taken Care of if I got there by 6. Drove an hour and a half to get there by 5:40 and there was 1 person working in the shop who said they weren’t doing anymore because he was supposed to be off by 4:30. After that I was told they had 3 tires in stock not the 6 listed available. Get your inventory straight and don’t advertise being open til 7 if you have 1 tech and he’s scheduled til 4:30. I guess that’s my fault for trying to save money and using Walmart.

Scheduled appt for tire change at 3pm. they let us know 2 hours later that they couldn't get into the tire because of a locked lug nut... No apologies nothing, almost 3 hours later and we have to go buy a universal lug lock so they can change these two tires. Everyone today that has been in during this whole time has also been unhappy with the service. I've got my kids with me, and was supposed to pick up my son at 430. He is still waiting, as we are stuck here unable to go anywhere with our vehicle on a jack. They have no sense of responsibility or care, and absolutely no sense of urgency. The girl working at the desk continuously mentioned how it was her last day so she truly didn't care anyways what happened. I will NEVER take my vehicles here again. I'll just pay extra to take it to a
