Outstanding Service from Carlos and Jimmy at Walmart Auto! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Carlos and Jimmy. I had loose battery terminals on both the positive and negative sides that needed replacing. It was a Sunday, and I called just 10 minutes before arriving to see if they could help. Carlos immediately told me to come on over. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly, directed where to park, and then guided to pull in under the awning when a spot opened. They popped the hood, replaced both terminals quickly, and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes—problem solved! I went to Walmart to change the tires on my cars and had an excellent experience at the auto-service department. I was greeted by Teresa, who was extremely kind, gentle, and patient throughout the entire service. Her cordiality made all the difference. Marcos also welcomed me very well, taking care of the car check-in with attention and professionalism. The entire team was helpful and efficient. I thank everyone for the great service! My car battery was absolutely dead this morning. I leave for a trip tomorrow, and I needed to get it fixed before traveling. I called Walmart and was lucky enough to speak with an incredible associate named Carlos. Right from the start, he exuded kindness. He checked stock and told me the process of exchanging batteries. He was unbelievably knowledgeable on the topic. Within 30 mins, I arrived and Carlos already had the battery pulled and ready to be paid for. He walked me outside and quickly exchanged my battery. I think the whole process took ten mins. This kind of service was so unexpected, and I’m thankful that I called and connected with him this morning. It saved my day and put me at ease. I am very thankful for Carlos and the experience I had today.

C-Los was incredible! He was not only quick and efficient with changing my headlights, he did it all with a smile and made me feel like I was welcome. He will definitely get my service again!
