Walmart Auto Care Center

Had a difficult time removing one of my tires. The manager Mike apologized and asked me to come back next day so he could take care of it himself. It wasn't the best of circumstances but Mike went out of his way to make sure the job got done. He was great the whole process.

Had a flat tire. Guy who works there said it'll be fixed in 45 min but had waited for 3 hrs. My tire still started to deflate slowly after day 2. Should've gone somewhere else.

Left me sitting in the waiting area like an idiot…apparently my car had been done for almost 40 minutes but nobody told me and I had to ask what was going on. Also, left grease marks and handprints ALL over my car after a simple tire rotation

I had an exceptional experience on the 27th of June at around 11am, thanks to Mike, who went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield wiper. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in guiding me to choose the right one, but he also took the time to install it for me with care and professionalism. What stood out most was his kindness—when I tried to offer him a tip for his help, he graciously declined and instead gave me a tip: “Have a great day.” That simple, genuine gesture left a lasting impression. This kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. It’s the reason I’ll continue to choose the Walmart AutoZone in Yaphank. Thank you, Mike, for making what could’ve been a frustrating errand into a pleasant and memorable moment!
