Walmart Auto Care Center

Prices are very reasonable. I get the oil changed here every 4000 miles. Also buy my tires here and have them rotated and balanced every 4000 miles free of charge. Only catch is you can’t make an appointment for the tire balance and rotation but you can for the oil change. Anyway they always get both jobs jobs done within a few hours. We always drop the vehicle off and receive text messages of updates on their progress. They also check tire pressure, battery life and things like that. It’s all documented and they can pull up any work they have ever done on the vehicle in a matter of a minutes.

I was hoping for the best using the Walmart service center to install one tire on my daughter’s car. This is where she purchased all four tires. We found a screw in the sidewall of her rear driver side tire. I brought the vehicle to the same place that she bought the four tires but they did not have a tire that would match what was previously installed. But another service center on the other side of town had one. I’ve drove over and purchased the tire at the other Walmart service center brought it to the service center on Pacific Avenue in Yuma Arizona and I have waited for an hour and a half. I spoke with a person that works here and I was told that it’ll be another hour, this seems to be common with Walmart and their service centers 2 1/2 hours. I will have waited, but I am going to get

Carmen should take her responsibilities more seriously and avoid engaging in playful behavior or distracting her coworkers. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today. I won’t be coming back.

Exchanged my older Walmart battery for a new one under warranty. We've usually had great customer service at the auto center, I see no reason to change now.

Do not bring your Vehicle to this Auto Center. Came in for a oil change and they stripped the bolts to my filter housing container They are tampering with vehicles, shady mechanics, and definitely not trust worthy to let around your Vehicle. Was even told by a AutoZone employee Walmart signed a contract with autozone in the past, to intentionally tamper with your Vehicle so they can get the parts from AutoZone.
