Walmart Auto Care Centers

Whats the point of the Walmart + tire repair benefit if you're told that for that day only you need an appointment to get service? I picked up a nail and was looking for a quick patch to get me back on the road, not a 24 hour delay to set an appointment. Honestly this was one of the main benefits I kept Walmart + for.

Went for an oil change that I had appointment for, I wanted to add some additional services however the attendant (Keisha) was not very helpful in helping me get the service I wanted. She was getting agitated whenever I asked questions. Will be going elsewhere for my car as I don't need that kind of customer service.

if you plan on getting a oil change don't come here or don't even schedule appointment they will not keep track who has appointments who doesn't. sat here for 20 min shy of 2 hours and my car was never touched.

This has to be the slowest tire shop in Columbia. I waited 3.5 hours to get a single tire changed after being told it would be 1 hour . There was only 2 cars in front of me when I got here , both being 1 tire changes as well. Getting 1 tire changed is a 20-30 min job for anyone that is even slightly competent.

They changed my tire, and di a great job! They were fast and the service was friendly... also the cheapest place in town. It's crazy because all growing up I was taught that getting service from the Walmart auto center was low class and that they hire people that don't know what they're doing. That is NOT true at all!!! I will not take my car anywhere else from now on!
