Ordered tires and scheduled appointment online. Load rating was incorrect (low), which technician pointed out and they wouldn't install them. Was rude, hung up on me when I asked for suggestions on which tire to choose, and to top it off, marked my tires as picked up so they charged me. I tried to call repeatably with only "we can't pick up, please try again later." I contacted walmart.com chat and phone, no help. Went to the store and stood there for a full hour while "coaches" were powerless to do anything. Finally an associate knew what to do and got my refund done. Literally two hours trying to resolve plus two uber trips (one to drop off, one to pickup) for no service completed.

I had bought a new tire from Walmart and to make it as simple and easy as possible for them, brought the wheel in by hand to give to them and have them throw on the tire and go home but that was the biggest mistake of my life aside from going here to begin with. I give them my pre-paid barcode that conveys to their system all of my information and order and tells them what my tire is and what they need to do, every time you schedule an appointment all the waomart app tells you to do is show them this barcode and they'll handle the rest. But for over 20 minutes they refuse to scan the barcode and look at my official walmart order email puzzled and pass it along to every single worker in the shop and act like it's rocket science and have nothing but questions for me. Nobody at the counter and the entire shop is a safety hazard from florecent lights cracked and sagging in half ready to fall to light civers broken and jagged even the garage door seal is falling off, a hanging pole from the ceiling is being held with zip ties and extension cords going straight up thru the middle of there heaters. Do not risk your cars safety here.

Over charged and kept waiting unnecessarily! I went in for an oil change, headlamp restore, headlight change and cabin air filter change. There was nobody ahead of me, they pulled my car in immediately. 2 hours later I was still waiting for my car while others who were there after me got their cars. When I got home to review the paperwork I saw they had double charged me for headlights. Now I am told I have to drive all the way back for them to look at my receipt. I was going to take my other car in but have decided that I don’t trust them with my vehicles. I am seriously disappointed and do not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service for starters had my wife go get tires from them about a week ago and after seeing on there website that they had 4 tires that I ordered she arrived and they only had 2 and made her drive to another location to get the other 2, now today I went there to get some tires mounted and I was told that they were told old….and that they were from 2011 and 2014 which was wrong they were from 2019….. I don’t not recommend going to this location for your care services.
