Walmart Auto Care Centers

Had oil changed great people prompt service but they forgot to screw on my oil cap n mess everywhere under hood on my drive way n the times I called twice never got answered

The last handful of times I've been to Walmart for auto stuff they have done a good job as fast as they can get it done. I haven't had any trouble here. That said, it is more expensive then I recall it being in years past, but shoot I guess everything is nowadays. I've had oil changes and a battery change here and both were completed efficiently and timely, the work was done well, and they got me out of there as fast as anyone could have. It seems they have steady work happening, but it is never "packed" with hours to wait. The staff have always been kind, polite, and helpful. I have no complaints.

Martin in the auto department was very rude stating that the other employees shouldn't have agreed to my already appointment for my tire change that was made at 730 in the morning for the appointment to be after 530. He handle our transaction to the most ungrateful way you could. He acted as if his job was the worst place ever. Worst cstomer service ever!. Made me feel like it was my fault for scheduling the time that another employee did.

DANGER! EVEN WORSE OUTCOME Update! This cost me a new fan and radiator ABOUT $900. If employees don't want to be there, then there's usually a reason. Until it can be determined what that is DONT LET THEM TOUCH CUSTOMERS' EXPENSIVE ESSENTIAL ITEMS LIKE A VEHICLE, OR WEDDING RING OR HOME OR PRICELESS MATTERS RELATING TO HEALTH. ≈==== DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I deleted a bad review for them recently. I thought they could only improve! For several years now I've been stupid to give them "another chance." But while attempting to get the same oil change, I've seen the exact same employees & received consistent, very BAD even potentially dangerous service that I will never go back.  I don't care the reason- maybe it's a bad environment? Whatever! They all need to get new jobs elsewhere & l
