I have been shopping here off & on since 2009. It was a great place to shop. Organized, friendly, stocked with good products. But it really went downhill when they added the "personal shopper" areas & over saturated the isles with these personal shoppers. They always quit carrying products that people actually buy for things nobody buys. The employees are for the most part rude, except a few who have worked there a long time. Honestly it's the worst walmart in this area. If you must shop walmart, just go to any of the others in the immediate area.

Tonight Tara in the deli took care of us and her customer service was exceptional. She was very friendly and kind and helpful and we will be returning to the Benton Walmart deli just because of her if our food tastes good!!!! I’m sure it will be great as well!!!

Overall poor job on stocking when it comes to diecast and one of the only spots to buy diecast in Marshall county. I’ve seen the same selection sit for weeks, and they’ll continue to sit because nobody wants them. Clear the shelves and add new please
