I just had an order delivered to me. I was missing the Cheddarwurst I ordered. All they will give you is a refund, NOT redeliver the missing item. If they would tie the bags closed, don't tie them all together, stuff wouldn't be falling out all over the place. So if I want the Cheddarwurst to go with the buns I ordered and received, I have to pay a delivery fee for being under $35. The item was shopped, it went missing when it was picked up for delivery. I wouldn't have ordered from there except I needed 2 prescriptions delivered. It's not my fault the item is missing, I should get it redelivered at no charge. Last week I was charged a delivery charge and I have a membership. I'm still going round and round with them to get that refunded. On my order I specifically said "NO SUBSTITUTIONS".

Great variety of products. Things I couldn’t find anywhere else. Fair prices. Associates were very friendly and helpful. And it’s close to my house.

Says in store the item I wanted was on clearance WRONG rings up full price and if you say something about the price it doesn't show up correctly on the associates stupid phone so 🤷🏻‍♀️ . Update your system would hate to see where else you are overcharging. Absolutely annoying which I guess is Walmart's whole motto

Anna in the customer service area who was gracious and patient with a return that was challenging. She also was helpful when I misplaced my phone and made sure it was returned to me and was thorough about what it looked like. Thank you for your prompt and professional service!

The automotive department left rubber seal off of oil filter which shoot oil all over engine and car. Manager is talked with when it happened told me what they would do to correct it and and cover for the the inconvenience and possible damage was not honored when i came back to settle out. The paid for the bar minimum but not everything first manager promised. Do not take your vehicle here for any service issues!
