Walmart Supercenter

I usually do my main grocery runs at Jewel, but popped in here with my daughter to grab a few random things. Honestly, I was surprised. The store was clean and well stocked. Also appreciated that the restrooms were kid friendly. Nice to see a store actually thinking about that stuff. Will probably be back.

I went in to purchase a 6-ft folding table. When I found them there was only one left that was damaged. A whole in the middle of the table dinged up pretty bad. I went to customer service and they called the manager Josh to help me. He was very rude He said he could do a 15% discount. I don't feel like this was very helpful. A complete rip-off. I'd be surprised they sold it. I was willing to buy it. I could have really used it today. I just couldn't pay 45 bucks for a broken table. All in all, I keep having negative experiences at this Walmart.

What retail store is so adamant about kicking people out that they have to approach customers to personally announce they are "closing in 5 minutes" like I couldnt hear it on their speaker? Twice i have been approached and while i understand they close at 11pm I was in the store before 11pm and grabbing what i needed, not lolly gagging about. Its extremely rude that not only employees, but apparently managers, feel they need to personally explain that they are closing. Never been in a store that hasnt allowed their customers to finish their shopping if they walk in even 1 minute before closing, it's not like you all are leaving at 11pm on the dot so suck it up and allow your customers get what they need. Not everyone can make it in before 5 minutes to close due to their jobs. Go back to 24

Not sure where to send this so I'll post on here - Today (around 4pm) my elderly father went to the store for me to pick up an item that I verified was in stock. I provided him with the aisle number and a picture of the food item. 3 workers, 1 woman who was not friendly at all, told him Aisle A33 doesn't exist and we're unwilling to help at all (this is usually the case when I ask for help as well). Luckily, Jacob went above and beyond to help him out. I hate sending my 80 year old dad out to run my errands but today I was just way to sick to leave the house. I'm so grateful that Jacob was there to help him. Thanks.

I just got home from this Walmart location. I could not get down 3 of the grocery lines because thete were four people shopping for on line orders. Four of the large blue carts in each aisle. There were several other people getting upset about it too.
