Can't even trust the Bakery to do what I asked for.... I didn't ask for ANY green on my cake but yet I got green... such bs and sad because I dont do anything special for my bday but a cake and it's not even what I asked. What i got versus what I wanted. My son walked in with his medical backpack and was stopped at the door. The people at the door made a big deal about it and wouldn’t listen to me when I stated that it was filled with medical supplies due to a disability and they were more then welcome to search the bag before and after entering the store. The lady said the only people allowed to carry bags of this sort were females as purses and that he needed to put his medical devices in the car since clearly he didn’t need them at the time…. If there was an emergency then I could run to the car and retrieve the bag. My son has severe allergies and epilepsy and would die before I got back to him with his medications. I want to give a huge thank you to Anne-Marie, Kyle (the team lead), and Josue for their outstanding customer service. Every time I come into this Walmart, I usually have a hard time getting help with the app I use to pay with time, which can be frustrating. Today was completely different. These three employees did not leave my side until everything was fully figured out. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me understand the app and making sure I was comfortable using it. I never felt rushed or ignored—only supported. Because of Anne-Marie, Kyle, and Josue, my shopping experience was stress-free and positive. Walmart is one of my four main go to stores for groceries, toiletries, clothing and miscellaneous housewares. I've had a few issues with their pick-up service in the last year. I believe it stems from them not thoroughly training their employees. Overall the prices are generally competitive and the quality of merchandise is average which is to be expected for the prices.
