Don't come here. It's corporate as It Gets. The technician couldn't open My hood. I had to open it myself. There's nothing wrong with the lever. Additionally, I got a coupon in the mail for $10 off my service after I brought my vehicle in. They wouldn't honor it.

Been taking my cars here since 2006. Professional. Will tell you upfront what your car issues are and will provide you with a service estimate (that you will need to sign off) before they do any work. If they find more issues, the service tech will contact you immediately before the service department proceeds any further. So, there are no surprises. Service is completed within the allotted time frame or sooner. Oil changes are first come, first service (Express Service). But you can call ahead to make an appointment. Nice, clean, brightly lit waiting room with free self-serve coffee, tea, water and cookies. Free wifi. Also provides free local shuttle service (BART, your home or office) if your car needs to be there for the day. If you don't want to take the free shuttle service, walk

Really kind workers and were well educated on the cars. I was able to get the car I wanted. Didn't pay what I wanted but that was my fault. I walked away very happy

Honestly I’m so glad I bought a car from this dealership. It’s so nice taking it in for work due to the location. All the service people are so incredibly kind each time I go in. Also shout out Larry who I bought the car from he is hilarious wish him the best.

Never seems to know what we had done last when we brought our car in, and never can explain how often any particular service should be done on the car, only that “it’s just when the car compute tells you”. They should be informed on Honda maintenance schedule, which is documented in the owners manual, rather than asking if we want hundreds of dollars in service without knowing if we even need it.
