Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales

We bought a Montana 3123RL from Walnut Ridge (Memphis, IN) in January 2025, and we love it. We camp almost every other weekend all year long, and 2025 included a trip to Glacier National Park and Banff, Canada. All was good at first, but we had a few problems with roof leaks and decided to take it in for service at the New Castle, Indiana location in October. Jessica was assigned as our Service Advisor and upon climbing up on our roof quickly determined that it looked like the roof was installed incorrectly at the factory. Jessica put in a warranty claim and told us it would be a few days before hearing back from Keystone. Great experience from start to finish. Trent Stovall was great in keeping us updated throughout our service work done on our Hideout. It was a little bit different with 2 insurance claims with 2 different carriers but Trent made it all go smoothly. The work was completed as requested and all did a fantastic job. We will not be utilizing anywhere other than Walnut Ridge in New Castle Indiana for all of our future TT needs.

We recently purchased a new Brinkley I294 travel trailer from Walnut Ridge. It is no surprise that they have "Family" in their name because that is what the whole process felt like. We had visited 2 times before we decided to purchase and were very impressed by the size of the business and how helpful the staff was. We worked directly with Dylan and he was amazing with answering our questions, coordinating details and making sure we had all the information we needed. We worked with Jesse on financing and Joe did our orientation. Every employee we met treated us like family. Called about a camper. Was told they would send ne a video. 2 hours later no video no sorry we are busy. Just ignored. Guess I will go somewhere else glad I didn't call during the summer. They decided to call right after i left the review, (due to the review) salesman said yea i went out to get your video and umm well what are you looking for in a camper? I said the video of this camper, he started to give me the old bait and switch and nothing about this camper and I said never mind and hung up. I know it had some damage, it was a 2 hour drive for me, would have been sold possibly depending on the damage. but hey now we will never know. may have said too much damage and looked into a different one.
