My car started overheating and I just happened to be right in front of this location. The guys there came out and took a look at my car for me. They topped off the fluids, checked for any leaks and made sure I had a jug of coolant to take with me in case I needed it later on. They also took the time to explain things to me and didn't make me feel like just a dumb girl or an inconvenience. They are great for working on cars and they have amazing customer service!

Walnut Service Center is the best! Jessica at the front desk is so kind and personable, I appreciate that every time I call; she is the one who answers the phone. The skill and talent that everyone has at this shop is apparent, no job is too big or small for them! It's nice to know I'm bringing my truck into a place where the people actually enjoy what they do. Each time I have brought my old truck here for odds and ends, they have exceeded my expectations not only by turn around time of completion and price, but also accuracy to resolve things right. Thanks for being a wonderful mechanic shop!

Wow. My van was acting up as I drove by this service station, it was closing time Friday afternoon. All of the mechanics were friendly and helpful and Thomas, the diesel mechanic, talked to me, checked under the hood and advised me on what to do. I called Monday and they got me in on Wednesday. Thomas was helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through the issue and ways I can best maintain my vehicle. The woman at the desk (the name is escaping me) was also friendly and efficient. I am very impressed with the service at this shop. I will come back and even go out of my way to work with them. Prices were also very fair. Thanks y'all!

While vacationing near Marshall, NC, our car started burning oil. With only a day left in the area, we called Walnut Service Center, not at all sure they could fit us into their schedule. To our delight, they were servicing our car an hour later. We were greeted by friendly, knowledgable people who solved the issue in forty minutes. On top of the friendly service and apt expertise, these good folks charged us a fraction of what we would've paid almost anywhere else. I highly recommend Walnut Service Center to anyone in need of car service!

This is our go to service center. When a friend visited us from out of town and sprayed his steering wheel with so much disinfectant on the trip (during Covid) that it shorted out his horn and cruise control, they were even able to squeeze him in on short notice and fixed everything before his return drive! Patrick is super nice, honest, and does a great job. When we had a ‘check engine’ light come on in our Yukon with the same error code more than once, he first replaced a switch, and then replaced it for free a second time because he wanted to be sure the first one wasn’t faulty, before replacing the more expensive entire component. Just to save us some money. We highly recommend this business.
