We had the best experience at Walt Massey Chevrolet in Marion. I had found a vehicle that I was interested in online and set up an appointment for a couple of days later but then had the opportunity to go the next day and the sales manager, Ryan Higginbotham made us a priority even though it was before our scheduled appointment. We were greeted immediately when we walked in the door and was met with friendly sales staff. The staff there was very informative and helpful and made our purchase easy and quick. Would definitely recommend Walt Massey Chevrolet for all auto needs.

Very efficient service with Robert Brown. He is always professional and friendly. I just had him get a set of tires (first replacement) for my 23 Traverse. Price was competitive with Tire Rack (in fact a little less). Was in and out in 2 hours with an appointment (oil change and MPI as well)...I see him for service every time!

Overall my service appointment was fine. The only complaint I have is the time. You go in for oil change and tire rotation and multi point system check and it takes you over 2hrs to get this done.
