Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible after you buy a vehicle from them. They refuse to help in away when you have an issue with the vehicle they sold you. You will either sit on hold for 2 hours or they will tell you they will call you back and never return your phone calls. I called the dealership for a month straight and they avoided me in every way. They promised me that the truck had been serviced (transmission and rear differential) and not even a month later had issues with both in the truck went to a mechanic and they told me that the truck was in fact not serviced in anyway they have promised me, a week later the transmission went out from neglecting me. Once I called the dealership out on it they refused to help me in anyway. I recommend NEVER deali

Never the same person here to help. Been waiting an hour and half for oil change—still not done even though I was first of the day. No one seems to know what they’re doing in Jeep, they have to borrow people all the time from the other dealership. Going to start going elsewhere even though the drive is 45 minutes. The people who finally do help are nice, but the service department is a mess.
