Had my wonderful first experience with Walton's. After AAA suggested a bad alternator for my Mercedes not starting, I had it towed to Walton's. Craig and Mondo found a bad/corroded connector to the fuel pump and replaced it, which is a much smaller job. My car was back to life again. Afterwards, there was a smell of fuel so I brought it back. Craig and staff took their time examined the car thoroughly again. I feel that Craig, as the owner of the shop, takes responsibility of their work and cares about his reputation. I would recommend this place!

7/30/2024 around 1pm. My husband and I asked for our tire to be patched. The shop said okay and charged us $35. When we received our car back the tire had only been plugged not patched. Dave the manager then told me he doesn’t do patches. At this point my tire is ruined and it will need to be replaced completely. Husband had to go back to work so he left. When I called back to speak to Dave the manager he argued with me that I did not ask for a patch and he hung up the phone one me. I called back several times before getting another person on the phone who also said their name was Dave and stated he was an assistant. This Dave said he doesn’t believe that we asked for a patch and said that we are confused and yet again the phone was hung up. I was told that an Alfonso who is a tire technic

Don’t waste your time and money here. Went there to get an estimate for a repair job (exchange two rear shock absorbers). The man behind the desk couldn’t be more uninterested in helping new customers. Didn’t even bother to leave the desk and have a look at the car. He just told me the expected costs which were more than double than another place downtown in Torrance was asking. Even if you live up the hill in Palos Verdes do yourself a favor and go downtown if you expect a fair price and courteous interaction with customers. They’ll never see me again.

Jimmy and Craig have been the go to automotive repair guys for my family for decades. My parents went to them for their cars and I have gone to them for mine. They are trustworthy and they care. They consistently go above and beyond and it is a pleasure working with them. They give thoughtful answers on what repairs should be done now and want you can safely wait to do. I also value their advice on the most practical way to deal with something. The main mechanic and possibly others seem to have been there many years. It is very convenient that Walton’s provides drivers to drop you off home and then to pick you up so you can get your car. While there is turnover among the drivers as one would expect in that position, it generally seems to be they are training to become mechanics or after

Front desk con artists by the name of Jose Jaimes Chavez is this mom and pop shop company illegal business practices "service manager".I know him personally and he admits to ripping honest paying customers off. He charges customers unknowingly and makes up fake costs and repairs to increase his monthly sale goal to increase his 10% monthly salary of whatever this shop makes per month. Jose needs to be fired. I would recommend getting a few more estimates before you get ripped off from this illegal mom and pop shop. I would never get any service done here unless you want to get robbed from your hard earned money.
