Walt's Service Highland Heights

I brought my car to walt’s a couple weeks ago, and even though they were in their last hours of work and wrapping up for the holiday they got my car in and back to me in the same day. I spoke with Dave, he was very understanding and helpful. Overall 10/10 experience

I was coming across country from Virginia. I experienced some driving issues with the steering and he was able to squeeze me in last minute to see what was going on. There was nothing major but it was the fact that you took the time to get me in in a timely manner. He noted some issues that would need future attention but didn't want to charge me needlessly for something. Refreshing to find a honest mechanic. Would recommend for sure! Thank you.

Phenomenal job by David and his team! I may not have needed a huge repair done with my car, but he fixed it quickly and it looks like nothing ever happened my Jeep. Would highly recommend! Such wonderful people too, very trusting.

My husband and I took our car in to Walt's for some braking issues and received our car back feeling very nice and smooth. Its always difficult having car troubles but this place made it as painless as it can get. I appreciated the communication- I asked several questions and felt like I understood everything by the end of it. The service time was quick which was also very important to us and the people were friendly, too. You can tell when people like what they do-- because you'll get great work done + clear communication. I think these are the people doing the quality of work people want to pay for. Overall, my husband and I are feeling confident with the value we got from the services and do recommend this auto repair shop! A+ thanks!

Needed new brakes, tires and battery for my 2018 Mazda and Dave and company came through! I didn’t go broke either and was well pleased with their efficiency and reliability. Dave and Nick have a rich family background in the auto repair business. I am well pleased with their workmanship and courteous personalities. If you want your car running well as I do: try them. You won’t be disappointed!!!!
